The new CheerPlus No-Spill Spouted Pouch with SmartSeal technology is the result of a partnership between Cheer Pack North America (CPNA) and SmartSeal. The revolutionary flexible spill-proof package is optimized for food and beverage processing companies. Suggested applications include juices, fruit purees, smoothies, energy drinks, and specialty coffee beverages using either hot fill or aseptic processing.

The lightweight No-Spill spouted pouch with patented SmartSeal valve technology never leaks — the liquid will only dispense when suction is applied to the patented valve.

The pouch delivers convenience by utilizing a tethered flip cap for one-handed opening and closing in a compact, easy-to-carry form.  Other features include a tamper-evident security seal, a finger grip on the cap for easy opening, and a hinged cap for simple reclosure. SmartSeal caps are also available in a range of colors that enable brand owners to replicate the look and feel of their current product packaging.

The pouches offer a smaller footprint than either plastic or glass containers while offering increased cube efficiency for shipping and distribution.
