Plastic Omnium takes full ownership of HBPO joint venture
Hella, now part of the Forvia Group brand, sold its 33.33 percent stake in HBPO GmbH for $295 million (290 million euros) to Plastic Omnium SE, which now has full ownership of the former joint venture.
