Processors deal with flooding, power outages following Hurricane Fiona
Hurricane Fiona took out much of the power grid in Puerto Rico on Sept. 18 and brought heavy rains that caused flooding before sweeping by the Dominican Republic on Sept. 19, where it caused more damage almost five years to the day Hurricane Maria ravaged the islands.
