Mississippi Polymers announces temporary layoffs
Mississippi Polymers Inc., a family-owned plastic film manufacturer in Corinth, Miss., has announced a temporary layoff of 102 employees.
The layoffs went into effect on June 24 due to an unexpected drop in orders.
Mississippi Polymers is No. 69 in Plastics News‘ ranking North American film and sheet manufacturers with an estimated $100 million in sales.
