Registration is now open for the American Mold Builders Association (AMBA) conference, scheduled for May 10 to 12, 2023, at the Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, MI. AMBA celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, which inspired the conference theme, Powering Growth, said the association.

Keynote presentations will be complemented by a series of panel discussions, workshops, and peer-to-peer networking opportunities. The Pre-Conference Session for Emerging Leaders — exclusive to AMBA members under 40 years old – returns this year, providing practical tools and strategies for effective delegation and performance optimization. “Business over Breakfast” peer-networking sessions kick off the conference each morning. 

Winners of the AMBA Mold Builder of the Year and AMBA Tooling Trailblazer of the Year awards will be announced during the event. The Mold Builder of the Year award recognizes an individual from an AMBA member company who is an outstanding industry professional promoting education while demonstrating a commitment to technology and innovation as well as a dedication to ideals like honesty, fairness, and creativity. The Tooling Trailblazer of the Year award is given to an AMBA member company whose accomplishments have made great strides in educational outreach over the past 12 months, increasing mold manufacturing industry visibility amongst students, parents, teachers, and counselors now and moving forward.
