Oliver Healthcare expands in Europe with EK-Pack acquisition
Philadelphia-based Oliver Healthcare Packaging has acquired Germany-based film and foil technology company, EK-Pack Folien GmbH, including its Switzerland-based subsidiary, Vacopack H. Buchegger AG.
