Rhode Island kills chemical recycling bill, ACC cites ‘misinformation’
The American Chemistry Council is arguing that Rhode Island lawmakers fell victim to a “disinformation campaign” in killing a proposal to ease the way for permitting chemical recycling plants in the state.
