TriMas buys Intertech Plastics as it builds exposure in medical market
TriMas Corp. says its acquisition will expand its portfolio and capabilities in the medical end market. Intertech Plastics Inc. is an injection molder well known in plastics circles for its Swiss-style apprentice programs.
