Have you checked out Plastics Technology’s upcoming Extrusion 2021 Conference? It’s going to be held Sept. 21-23 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill., a short drive from O’Hare Airport. And if you register before Aug. 20 you’ll save money.
Over the course of two-and-half+ days, attendees will be able to sit in on presentations from more than 70 technical experts covering a wide range of subject areas. In the morning there will be presentations on general extrusion topics. During each afternoon there will be three concurrent breakout sessions that hone in on your particular process: film/sheet; pipe/profile/tubing; and compounding. And this year we’ve added a track on Post-Consumer Recycling.
If you are an extruder of pipe/profile/tubing, during these two afternoon sessions you’ll have the opportunity to tune into a dozen presentations on topics such as screw and die design, cooling, advanced measurement technologies, simulation, pulling/cutting, and more.
There will also be plenty going on during the morning General Sessions, with presentations on the docket on drying, coloring, filtration, Industry 4.0, maintenance and more.
