US-Canada border closure adding more costs, concerns for suppliers
Ford, GM, Toyota, Honda and Chrysler plants have all seen shutdowns due to the blockade at the Ambassador Bridge between Windsor, Ontario, and Detroit. As a result, some suppliers are cutting shifts, while tools bound for elsewhere in North America are stuck at shops.
