PureCycle Unveils First Product Made from its Recycling Technology

PureCycle announced the first product made from its recycled polypropylene technology has launched. Danimer Scientific and Total Corbion PLA Partner on PHA/PLA Blends

Bioplastics companies Danimer Scientific, based in Bainbridge, GA, and Total Corbion PLA in the Netherlands have entered into a collaborative long-term arrangement to provide Danimer with biobased, biodegradable polylactic acid (PLA) for use in manufacturing resin blends that incorporate both polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) and PLA. Record Robot Sales

The Association for Advancing Automation (A3) reports that in the third quarter, North American companies ordered 9,928 robots valued at $513 million, figures that are up 32% and 35% respectively over the year-ago quarter, and mark the third highest quarter ever in units ordered and fifth highest in value.
