Jabil Cayey Puerto Rico Earns MedAccred Medical Molding Accreditation

Mitsui Chemicals has developed an environment-friendly grade of Milastomer thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) that employs recycled polyolefin as a principal component. As electric vehicle (EV) production ramps up and developing charging infrastructures make longer journeys more feasible, the onus is on automakers to further reduce vehicle mass. California Passes Nation’s Toughest Law Targeting Single-Use Plastics

The plastics industry is mixed in its review of California’s single-use plastics packaging bill that was signed Thursday by Gov. Gavin Newsom and led to the withdrawal of a harsher ballot initiative. Senate Bill 54 requires that all packaging in the state be recyclable or compostable by 2032 and reduces plastics packaging and foodware by 25% in 10 years.
